SWEET COOKIE WITH CONDENSED MILK


Type: dessert

Ingredients

1 can of condensed milk

2 measures normal milk can

4 gems

Peel of 1 lemon

1 tablespoon cornstarch

1 packet of Maria biscuits

1 packet of cream

2 tablespoons of sugar

Cookies q.s. to decorate

Preparation

Mix the milks, starch, egg yolks and lemon peel in a saucepan and bring to the heat, stirring constantly until it boils.

In a bowl arrange layers of cream and wafer, the last layer of cream. Allow to cool.

Whip the whipped cream with the sugar and place on top of the cream.

Take to the refrigerator. When serving, decorate with crushed crackers.

CONDENSED MILK AND CHOCOLATE COOKIES


Type: snack / dessert

Ingredients

200gr minimum chocolate 50% cocoa

50gr unsalted butter

1 can of condensed milk

1 teaspoon vanilla extract

225gr of wheat flour

1 and 1/2 teaspoons baking powder

1 pinch of salt

100gr of white chocolate in drops or small pieces

Preparation

Break the chocolate into pieces and melt in a water bath with the butter.

Add condensed milk, mix and remove from heat.

Add the vanilla and allow to cool completely.

Add flour, baking powder, salt and white chocolate.

Mix well and cover with cling film.

Refrigerate for about 30 minutes.

Preheat the oven to 180º.

Line two large baking sheets with parchment paper.

Make balls with 1 tablespoon of dough and place in the prepared forms, leaving 5cm between them.

Bake for 12 to 15 minutes.

Allow to cool on the baking sheets for about 5 minutes, then carefully remove. Allow to cool completely before eating
