FRENCH PUDDING
Type: dessert
Ingredients
2 whole eggs
10 gems
400gr sugar
1 teaspoon well filled with cornstarch flour
500cl of milk
Zest of 1 medium lemon
1 chalice port wine
1 carton of caramel
Candied cherries for garnish
Preparation
Bring a large pot of boiling water to the heat.
Put the sugar, cornstarch and eggs in a saucepan.
Stir with a hand held whisk.
Add the milk, lemon zest and port wine.
Stir a little more to mix everything.
Place in the form already greased with caramel, taking to cook in a pan in a water bath for about 1 hour.
Remove the mold and let it cool.
Refrigerate at least 6 hours.
Unmold just before serving.
FRENCH PUDDING IN BIMBY
Type: dessert
Ingredients
10 gems
2 whole eggs
500gr milk
10gr port wine
40gr corn starch
180gr sugar
Peel of 1 lemon
1 carton of liquid caramel
1 liter water
Preparation
Grease the pudding form with liquid caramel and set aside.
Place the yolks, whole eggs, sugar in the glass and beat 40 sec / speed 4.
Add Port wine, milk and lemon peel and program 10 min / 90º / reverse / speed 2.
Remove the lemon peel and add the corn starch and mix 20 sec / speed 5.
Pour the preparation into the mold and put the lid on.
Place the water and mold in the Varoma cup and set 40min / Varoma / speed 1.
Remove the Varoma form and allow to cool for 15 min.
Unmold.
