Mini creamy sponge cake
In just 20 minutes prepare this creamy mini sponge cake, one of the most traditional Portuguese sweets, that no one will be able to resist, simple and tasty!

INGREDIENTS
120 g sugar
3 eggs L
3 L gems
2 c. butter soup to grease the shapes
50 g flour
PREPARATION
1. Preheat the oven to 220 ° C.
2. Beat the sugar with the eggs and yolks in the mixer for 10 minutes.
3. In the meantime, butter 6 individual molds with butter. Line the molds with a disc of parchment paper and grease again.
4. Add the sifted flour to the eggs and sugar and fold gently.
5. Distribute the dough in the molds and bake for about 7 minutes
